Weekly Rune & Moon for 8 – 14 September 2019

I’m using a geomancy rune for a significator which will serve as the overall premise or energetic foundation for the week. In this case, the energetic influence is Puella, representing youthful female energy that is fortunate but fleeting.

Sunday, 8 September

• Rune – Sowilo (16/7) – Fire, Rune of Will, Higher Self, healing, self-confidence, illumination
• Numerology – 8 – practical matters, leadership, responsibility, awareness of the greater aspect of Self
• Human Design/I Ching Moon: Gate 58 Line 4 Focusing – the ability to select the correct focus when faced with a variety of choices
• Astro Moon Position – Capricorn (attention on home and hearth including general repairs and finances); 6th House (health, employment)

Capricorn’s reserved influence may be challenged by Puella’s (significator) youthful or transitory effect which may make for a more entertaining experience while we focus on the more mundane aspects of life today. Although it appears that we may have much to do, we’re able to prioritize well.

One caution, however: while attending to the needs of home and hearth, don’t forget to check in with your own health to make sure everything stays in balance. Take some time for yourself, apart from other obligations and responsibilities to renew and recharge.

Routine is favored during the early part of the day, but during the afternoon, interaction with others is preferred. With the presence of Uruz, we may pursue new interests as well today potentially involving others.

Tuesday’s energies may build on Aquarius’s influence that began Monday afternoon. Berkano’s energy aligns well with the day’s numerology of one with new beginnings taking a healing focus. Perhaps relationships with others are experiencing a rebirth, and the challenge may be in establishing healthy boundaries with others.

If the relationship(s) undergoing rebirth involves co-workers, it could be that boundaries have needed some reevaluation and now the energy is right to reestablish those that may be compromised or lacking. Just as in parenting, although an easy and harmonious relationship with subordinates is preferable, healthy boundaries need to be there so that ultimate authority is preserved.

This is such an emotional day for everyone in not only the United States but around the world as we remember the events of 9/11/2001. We were one family for a little while, but of late, we’ve become undone.

All aspects align today. Laguz brings harmonious flow and alignment of mind, body, and Spirit and a chance to experience our fundamental unity once again.

The Aquarian Moon harmonizes our relationships with others and allows the humanitarian within to emerge expressing empathy and love to all.

But it’s the Master Number 11 that truly lights our way today. Between the 11 and Laguz, we align in our true reality as Source Presence, seeing all as the other side of self, with a pure heart and free from judgment.

This is certainly a day where those unaware of their empathic nature may feel its full effect. We have synchronicity and intuition present throughout the influences along with embracing the unknown and the awareness of mind/body/Spirit alignment.

With the Moon in Pisces, emotions may be in flux and we may feel the need to retreat if under stress. However, the energy is also there for composure irrespective of what’s happening, which should assist us in remaining in energetic balance.

One thing to remember: empathic awareness is tremendously healing to experience. Whenever I know not only what someone is feeling but how that feeling came to be as well, it becomes difficult to react in judgment. Instead, I feel compassion.

Otherwise, its a day for reinforcing new projects and experiences gained over the week with an eye toward personal responsibility and possibly establishing a new foundation or direction.

Today we’re aware of the immediate impact of cycles as harvest continues for those given to the gardening or herbal persuasion. But more profoundly, we experience change and transformation as we allow the unfolding of our experiences, observing their natural process, taking in their collective message.

We are also cautioned against a return to unhealthy boundaries plagued by the delusion of superficiality. We’ve come too far in reestablishing a better framework for interactions with others to let go of any successes gained.

Final Observations

It would seem that Puella gives us just enough impetus for positive change to take hold. Although typically fleeting, she allows us to embrace love and harmonious interactions while the remainder of the influences take hold and reinforce healthier boundaries with others.
