Weekly Rune & Moon for 15-21 September 2019

It’s time again for the weekly rune and Moon influences where we look at runic influences from both the Elder Futhark as well as an overall significator rune from geomancy. Moon information is gathered using the Gate and Line position from a Human Design bodygram (chart) as well as from a traditional astrological chart.

The Gate and the Line positions from the Human Design bodygram reflect the lines from each of the sixty-four hexagrams or guas contained within the I Ching and provide an interesting and prescient look at planetary influences. The spread is read from left to right with the significator below.

Significator

The significator for the coming week is Albus, a geomancy rune expressing wisdom and the sage within. A rune governed by Elemental Air, the planet Mercury, and the sign Gemini, Albus suggests that we take a higher perspective this week, where we think before we speak, choosing a balanced approach versus one where we may get ahead of ourselves.

Sunday, 15 September

• Numerology – 15/6 – Higher Self energy, harmony, balance, perfection, benevolence, peace, health, marriage, rebirth, Taurus
• Rune – Uruz (2) – primal forming essence, health, endurance, healing, strength, aurochs, energy shaping matter, Water element
• Human Design Moon Position – Gate 25 Line 3 Sensibility describing the awareness that good intentions don’t necessarily prevent failure
• Astro Moon Position – Aries, 7th House – our need for independence may overshadow partnership concerns today.

Sunday appears to be peaceful with home projects in focus. We’re already feeling the influence of Albus, the significator as we refuse to allow disruptions to disturb relationships with others. This is a day to respect each other’s space and approach.

Monday, 16 September

• Numerology – 16/7 – balance, dark/light, magick, Moon, Aries, divinity, 7 Rays, 7 planets, the septenate universe
• Rune – Laguz (21) – intuition, flow, harmony, clairsentience, assertive female, dream or trance work, emotional balance, purification, draw energy back to you, cleansing, Water Element
• Human Design Moon Position – Gate 21 Line 4 Strategy describes a cautious look at factors involved, proceeding only from clarity.
• Astro Moon Position – Aries, 7th House – our need for independence may continue to overshadow partnership concerns today.

We blend the intuition of Laguz with the wisdom of Albus, our geomantic significator, today as we listen to the inner voice of Spirit to guide our relationships with others. Our strategy is one of observation and caution, again blending Albus with Gate 21 Line 4 although we still may feel the pull toward independent action and choice. Remain present, in the flow, and away from restriction.

Tuesday, 17 September

• Numerology – 17/8 – leadership, practical matters, responsibility, universal consciousness and harmony, justice, Libra
• Rune – Raidho (5) – soul journey, partnership, rhythmic flow/action, process over the goal, cycles, justice, integration, Air Element
• Human Design Moon Position – Gate 42 Line 5 Self-Actualization describes a level of actualization that promotes personal growth over personal success.
• Astro Moon Position – Taurus, 7th House – a shift away from external independence to one that is perhaps more settled happens with the Moon’s transit into Taurus. Partnerships are important, but we’re able to achieve balance on our own.

Albus continues its influence over the week with a focus on a higher level of harmony with others, possibly involving a leadership position. However, we also know that the process is sometimes more important than the goal itself and today appears to favor that realization.

Wednesday, 18 September

• Numerology – 18/9 – completion, endings, Mars, Scorpio
• Rune – Mannaz (20) – humanity, integration, mind/body/Spirit connection, individual within society, thought rune, memory, Earth Element
• Human Design Moon Position – Gate 27 Line 6 Wariness indicates a practical approach that instinctively protects against manipulation or usury.
• Astro Moon Position – Taurus, 8th House – questions of a metaphysical nature arise today with a focus on synchronicities possibly related to unexpected change.

Something may not appear right today. Our intuition may be alerting us to possible manipulation by others. Pay attention to synchronicities. Their overall meaning may provide necessary insight. That said, given the nine energy of the day, we may be able to resolve whatever is at the heart of the difficulty today. Stay open and aware. There may be more to the situation than is immediately apparent.

Thursday, 19 September

• Rune – Algiz (15) – elk, protection, BiFrost/Rainbow bridge between physical and astral realms, higher consciousness, divinity, Air/Fire/Water Elements
• Human Design Moon Position – Gate 23 Line 1 Proselytization describes the attempt to convince others of the validity of another, possibly harmful, point of view.
• Astro Moon Position – Taurus, 8th House – questions of a metaphysical nature continue today with a focus on synchronicities possibly related to unexpected change.

Building on yesterday’s concerns over manipulation by others, we may experience more of the same today signaling the concerns of yesterday may not yet be resolved or clear. However, this can also describe our own need to press our own views on others, so we need to be certain of our own intentions when attempting to persuade others.

Friday, 20 September

• Numerology – 20/2 – duality, polarity, balance, reason, causation, Moon, Aquarius
• Rune – Jera (12) – transformation, balance, give and take, cycles, herbalism, gardening, unfolding awareness, energetic alignment, year, fertility, Earth Element
• Human Design Moon Position – Gate 20 Line 4 The Dogmatist indicating the choice to be clueless and to proceed with limited awareness.
• Astro Moon Position – Gemini, 9th House – an idealistic approach, including activism, is favored today as is a focus on philosophy or academic study.

Activism is in the air but before we express ourselves, we should take a moment and be certain of the facts. It’s easy to become swept up in a movement that appears to support our fundamental beliefs, particularly during times of confusion or stress. The interference in our last presidential election continues to this day and discernment will be needed going forward so that we’re not taken in or otherwise deceived. The saying, measure twice, cut once seems appropriate.

Saturday, 21 September

• Human Design Moon Position – Gate 35 Line 4 Hunger describes an overwhelming need for change/progress/disruption.
• Astro Moon Position – Gemini, 9th House – an idealistic approach, including activism, continues to be favored along with a focus on philosophy or academic study.

We continue to balance interactions with others with an overwhelming need for change. As concerns mount over the harmful direction of our government, the mass shootings which are increasing around the country, the election interference the current administration seems all too willing to ignore, and the endless taunts and vitriol from the current occupant of the White House, citizens are rising up in unity to speak truth to power and put right all that has been destroyed.

Our ideals have been threatened so severely that restoring such is the focus of protest rallies and social media activism. But again. with wise Albus as our guide, we proceed with caution given the machinations of those who want the destruction of our values and democracy to continue.

The wisdom and clear sight of Albus exert their guiding influence over the entire week as we stay true to our message and values. It will be critical going forward, not only for this current week, to stay alert to deception because it is assuredly there.
