Focus into Alignment
I wrote a piece a couple of weeks ago on point of origin, and I’ve been thinking more about that. Growing up, I always wanted to know how everything began. It was akin to the so-called chicken versus egg component of things. I didn’t realize this was the empath in me coming out, and mostly I was thought to be nosy by my mother. Just never you mind, she would say, while I would continue with my barrage of questions, driving her to endless motherisms such as “be seen and not heard”, or “do as I say, not as I do”. And don’t even get me started on the looks she’d give me. But for me, it was such an exhilarating feeling to connect with the beginning of something. Anything else seemed to be a disconnect from what I was experiencing. I would learn during early adulthood that what I was actually searching for was alignment. When things align, everything flows smoothly, and often quickly, which accounts for the feeling of exhilaration. When empaths are aligned with Source energy, life is a rush. When we’re not, we allow ourselves to be drawn into drama and chaos ensues.
Channeling is at an all-time high these days. A Course in Miracles, one could say, was essentially a channeled text, and it’s changed the lives of so many, including my own. Understanding we are extensions of Source is the key to all of this. Channelers such as Esther Hicks who channels Abraham, as well as Lee Carroll who channels Kryon, all offer similar insights into who we are. Bashar is another channeled collective that comes through Darryl Anka. What they all say resonates with people because we’re at that moment when we understand that we are one with each other. Anything else feels off somehow.
A Course in Miracles explains in its premise that “Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.” While I admit to being less than comfortable with the patriarchal tone of the Course, the message overshadows the tone as it clarifies concepts such as judgment, atonement, forgiveness, and miracles in a way that makes more sense to me. We’re not here to learn anything we don’t already know. We don’t have to learn this or that to achieve oneness with Source or each other after we are no longer in physical form. We’re here to awaken to who we already are. No matter what we do or how we present ourselves in physical form, we’re still extensions of Source. None of that changes. We can either get caught up in what seems to be going on around us, and take our cues from that, or we can remember we are extensions of Source and take our cues from who we really are. It just takes a focus deliberate enough that it keeps you centered in your own reality, instead of someone else’s reality show.
Ecstatic joy is our natural state in the non-physical realm. Of course, we have to tone it down a bit when we focus into our physical bodies, otherwise we’d make people uncomfortable. Empaths have a tough time with that because we’re perceived by others as being overly emotional or reactionary. In a sense, they’re right, but it’s only due to the fact that we’re focused into the wrong place while engaging. We’re not aligned with our own Source. If we’d simply stop and align before engaging, we’d probably feel more in control of our own energy, instead of trying to move through everyone else’s. An added benefit is that energy vampires rarely find a home with someone who stays in alignment.
When we’re aligned with what’s going on around us instead of our own Source, it’s easy to judge others. Taking the time to align with Source, resistant feelings such as judgment are less likely to occur, for nothing like that is part of who we are as extensions of Source. Take judgment out of the equation, everything settles down and alignment is easy. Source doesn’t focus on our imperfections because they only exist here..and only if we perceive them as such. This doesn’t mean that if a situation comes up that you need to deal with, that you decide it’s not really happening, because it probably is. It just doesn’t need to be a battle that no one wins.
Practicing stillness, resonating alignment with Source, and remaining the observer in as many situations that you can, creates a calmer experience for everyone concerned, even if you’re the only one offering that. Your vibrational resonance changes and that’s felt by anyone around you whether they’re conscious of it or not. Meditation helps, but so does taking a walk outside. Drop all resistance, give your full focus to life around you, and feel its resonance. It’s an amazing experience.
We begin in Source. We remain so while focused into physical manifestation. Begin there, and let the love of Source flow to all.
