Reunification

So as we slow things down today, Saturn’s influence asks us to consider who we are to each other. Because our foundation is more than the house we live in or the place where we work. In truth, our foundation reflects the greater aspect of Self and that includes all of us.

Of late, we’ve been apart. We might find all the reasons in the world to justify this but the reasons surround the ego’s desire for control and separation. It’s all an illusion but the ego’s efforts have apparently been successful because the battle lines have been drawn and sides have been taken.

So what do we do about it? Well, since reason doesn’t seem to be effective and facts are perceived as lies, it’s time for some rune magick to align and reunify what essentially amounts to scattered and disparate energies.

Because that’s what we are: energy that slows down a portion of itself into bodies as well as everything else we see in tangible form. I created a bindrune to realign scattered energy a couple of weeks ago but clearly that’s not enough and more is necessary to direct that effort.

So, I drew three runes from my bag this morning, Gebo, Wunjo, and Kenaz and formed a bindrune for reunification. It’s not that we simply need to get in the same room, but that we need to leave that room as a family again.

Tall order…I know…

But let’s look at the three runes to understand their message. Again, I set my intention and began drawing runes until I felt it was time to stop.

Gebo, the seventh rune of the Elder Futhark, has balance built right in given its meaning of balanced energy exchange. It establishes our framework and our direction. In other words, it’s time to restore the balance between people. But also contained within Gebo is Kenaz, one of the other runes I drew from my rune bag, and in this case, Kenaz faces in all directions, extending the light of Spirit within, without, above, and below.

Wunjo, the eighth rune of the Elder Futhark, describes fellowship and joy. I placed it in the center of and attached it to Gebo to expand the balanced energy exchange to include fellowship and reunification. Wunjo is known as the wish rune and as such fosters peace and harmony with others.

Finally, Kenaz, the sixth rune from the Elder Futhark, describes the torch or the Light of Spirit expressing clarity and revelation, invoking healing and transformation. With this rune, awakening to our inner truth is not only possible but unavoidable.

Again, Gebo provided the foundation for the bindrune, with balanced energy exchange at its core. From there, Wunjo provides fellowship and love while Kenaz provides the impetus and direction.

An interesting pattern exists as well with the runes comprising runes 6, 7, and 8 of the Elder Futhark suggesting Higher Self influencing balance and a greater awareness of the collective consciousness which really does support the bindrune’s premise of reunification.

Spirit is present within each one of us because, in truth, that’s all we really are. It’s time to transmute ego into that which gave it form and allow all separation to end.

As I held the bindrune within my hands I blessed and consecrated it with the following:

Blessed Be to all who understand this truth and shine that light on others for we are moving into a greater awareness of Self. We are now and have forever been one family, one in the Creator, aspects of the All.

You’re welcome to use the bindrune for personal use, but be certain to bless and consecrate it with your own intention before doing so. Or you may use the above if you wish. Draw it on a piece of paper, or in the air, or burn it on a piece of wood. It doesn’t matter as long as you express the intention of the bindrune itself.
