Weekly Energy Forecast for Empaths ~ 16-22 Feb 2020
Taken from the current Weekly Rune and Moon, this is a weekly energy forecast for empaths and other highly sensitive people.
Sunday – Thurisaz – shield today if vampiric energy is high, which it likely is. Establish boundaries and observe. A seven energy for the day reinforces balance within and without.
Monday – Algiz – you may be asked to provide healing to someone else today or someone may look to you for advice. Draw in grace from Spirit and remember to shield if the energy becomes sticky or cloying.
Tuesday – Laguz – allow energies to flow but take time to dissolve any channels that hang on or become difficult. Chant Laguz to dissolve energetic channels to others and then draw back that which is your own to your still point for any transmutation if required.
Wednesday – Jera – allow unfolding awareness to inform your path today. Your path is in front of you and intuition will guide your choice.
Thursday – Sowilo – will and intuition are both strong today so step out of the way if necessary if energies are too impactful. Stay alert for out-of-control authoritarian energies.
Friday – Dagaz – energetic flow is strong today as one flow ends and another begins. Stay aligned through the transition and allow loving interactions to take hold.
Saturday – Eihwaz – draw down energy from Spirit to shield against unwanted intrusions. Judgment may be high today so remove yourself from the situation if necessary until balance returns.
