Esoteric Influences for 10-16 May 2020
Welcome to another edition of your weekly aggregate of esoteric influences! We’ll begin first with the weekly numerology!
Sunday – 10/1 – Check-in and express unity with others today. Offer support and assistance if you can, but do so safely. Allow new perceptions to take hold.
Monday – 11 – A Master number day, the eleven energy promises illumination and awakening. Be aware of synchronicities and the message they bring.
Tuesday – 12/3 – a Mars energy day, aligned with a three numerology suggests the energy to pursue new opportunities and the strength to see them through.
Wednesday – 13/4 – practical concerns are in focus today as are establishing a secure foundation.
Thursday – 14/5 – coupled with Jupiter’s energy for expansion, changes experienced today could be quite profound. Be certain that all measures are taken, however, so that all concerned are protected and safe.
Friday – 15/6 – a sense of shared purpose is experienced today as Higher Self influences are impacting our perceptions and choices. Seek harmony and balance with self and others.
Saturday – 16/7 – use the Saturnian energy today to slow down and allow life to settle out. Remain in the observer role and assess things from a place of clarity.
Runes for the Week
Sunday ~ Eihwaz (13) – trancework may prove helpful today as we go within and align in Spirit. Offer healing from a trance or meditative state to all. Meaning: Air/Fire, connection between opposites, as above so below, link between realms, trance work, protection
Monday ~ Algiz (15) – allow perceptions to shift toward a higher level of understanding. Draw inspiration from the collective aspect of Self and allow the voice of inner truth to inform our choices and decisions. Meaning: Air/Fire/Water, elk, protection, BiFrost bridge between physical and astral realms, higher consciousness, divinity.
Tuesday ~ Uruz (2) – new thought patterns form today as perceptions continue to shift. Health issues continue as the virus has yet to be contained. But we have the opportunity now with the influence of Uruz to arrive at a unified understanding of what’s at stake. Alignment in shared understanding and truth promises a better outcome than dissension and denial will surely create. Meaning: Water, primal forming essence, health, endurance, healing, strength, aurochs, energy shaping matter
Wednesday ~ Ansuz (4) – hear the voice of Spirit and the message it brings giving no purchase to the ego’s influence. Remain on a healing path. Meaning: Air, Odin’s rune, divine message, Spirit communication, eloquence, creation, Higher Self, divinity, clarity
Thursday ~ Ehwaz (19) – momentum may be experienced today as we continue to be aligned in shared purpose. We are stronger together than we will ever be apart and if we have the same goal in mind, in this case, surviving this new and deadly virus, we can accomplish anything. Meaning: Water, change, momentum, intuitive bond, Merkaba, travel, partnership, astral travel, mutual end, relationships
Friday ~ Tiwaz (17) – allow the spiritual warrior within to rise up and set an example for others to follow as we continue to stay home if possible or otherwise go out and about safely, protecting both self and others. Self-discipline and sacrifice are required for our efforts to be successful. Meaning: Air, spiritual warrior, faith, justice, idealistic male, oaths, sacrifice, Tyr, legal matters
Saturday ~ Dagaz (23) – as one door closes, another opens with all options available today. Clarity is strong and we resonate in our awakening to new truth. Pay attention to synchronicities and think outside the box. Meaning: Water, new day, dawn, endings and beginnings, conclusion, daylight, awakening, all doors open, all options available
Lunar Influences
Sunday ~ Sagittarius until Capricorn at 2:39 AM PDT suggesting a need to control the foundation or structure of our environment. If feeling at loose ends, however, channel that energy into work that is structured or that takes a diligent focus.
Monday ~ Capricorn – You may be perceived as aloof or stand-offish while the Moon is in Capricorn. Focus your attention on details today and make steady progress.
Tuesday ~ Capricorn until Aquarius at 8:39 AM PDT indicates some transitional energies in the morning where we move from a focus on details to one that thinks outside the box. However, both signs suggest a mistrust of emotions so use this time to innovate and make progress.
Wednesday ~ Aquarius – connect with and inspire others today to stay the course and remain safe and protected from the virus. Pay attention to new information that may come out and share that with others.
Thursday ~ Aquarius until Pisces at 6:25 PM PDT – as the day progresses, emotions may increase and balance may be off. Avoid making decisions until clarity returns.
Friday ~ Pisces – seek seclusion if circumstances become too much. Although empathy is strong now, if the news is too upsetting, then stay off the internet and avoid news programs until emotions settle.
Saturday ~ Pisces – if empathic, you’re likely already aware that shielding may be necessary while the Moon remains in Pisces. Know that a Pisces Moon affects everyone and emotions are collectively in flux especially with worry and concern over the pandemic. Again, reduce your engagement with others if necessary and as my mother always said, this too shall pass.
Wisdom from the I Ching
Human Design involves the blending of the planetary positions with the I Ching. The I Ching consists of sixty-four guas (hexagrams), each one containing six lines with their own specific message. You can see from the above Rave Mandela how the hexagrams or guas are arranged around the chart with the bodygram in the center.
Most planets, particularly the outer planets as well as the Sun, remain in roughly the same place, changing only their line numbers throughout the week. The Moon, however, changes both its Gate and Line number daily. In addition, as planets move, energetic channels may form between the gates and when they do, I’ll include them because they can provide underlying supportive energies which may be helpful.
One note about the Channel of Structuring that is active from Sunday through Thursday. It’s interesting that the Channel involves both placements of the Sun and Earth suggesting an interaction between ego and our foundation. And it should be clear by now that ego must not win.
10 May 2020 – Manipulation may be experienced today from someone in authority with the Channel of Structuring (Gates 43, 23) active. The Sun (23.1 Proselytization) reinforces this by suggesting manipulation of the narrative to undermine the truth, likely coming from the White House regarding the current outlook of the pandemic. Also contained within the active Channel is the Earth at 43.1 Patience as we collectively wait for sanity to return and a responsible and cohesive response to happen.
Balancing vigilance with risk seems to be what we’re doing on a daily basis now (Moon 11.2 Rigour) as we seek to understand the nature and impact of the virus going forward (Mercury – 8.2 Service) and set a positive example for others to follow. Although burnout (Mars 30.1) is certainly being felt by all right now, we must stay the course and remain aligned in shared purpose.
11 May 2020 – with the Channel of Structuring still in effect, the White House continues its attempt to control the information given to the public so that accurate infection numbers aren’t revealed reinforced by the individuality expressed by the Sun at Gate 23.3. However, this individuality isn’t the sort that finds unique solutions, but one that destroys fundamental trust as the impeached president uses any means necessary to avoid blame and responsibility for his devastating and negligent response to the pandemic (Earth 43.3 Expediency).
Defense of the impeached president’s decisions may drive the narrative expressed to the public, but for the rest of the country defense takes on another meaning (Moon 58.5) as we resist at every turn his machinations and lies in an effort to know the truth and to survive intact. And as more governors, mayors, and local sheriffs step up and speak out on behalf of the needs of the people, the country has the greatest respect for their leadership and support (Mercury 8.4).
One last influence, however, involves Venus at Gate 45.6 Reconsideration suggesting a change of heart or perception that fosters realignment with the shared path forward. This could signal an awakening by those who have chosen a different response to staying home or wearing protection if out in public.
12 May 2020 – Along with the Channel of Structuring, the Channel of Awakening (Gates 20, 10) has formed suggesting a commitment to higher principles, so perhaps we’ll see a restructuring away from manipulation and into behavior that fosters healing and an outcome that is positive for everyone.
A failed federal response, however, is all that’s been offered by a president so fragmented (Sun 23.4) that no cohesive or organized solutions are possible. His one-track-mind (Earth 43.4) either prevents him from understanding the harmful effect of his actions, or it represents something far more nefarious: an intrinsic need to harm others. Either way, the country needs to rise up together and maintain the discipline the impeached president is unable to muster in order that we survive the virus and life can return to some semblance of normal (Moon 30.6 Enforcement).
The delusion the country is subjected to each and every time the impeached president or members of his administration speak about the status of the pandemic destroys trust (Mars 55.2 Distrust) and places everyone at a disadvantage. We cannot simply decide that all is well now and the country needs to reopen without actually knowing that it won’t cause a spike in cases. It’s as ridiculous as the notion of letting the virus wash over the country. How many will die while we wait for an awakening by a fragmented and delusional president?
13 May 2020 – The Channel of Recognition (Gates 30, 41) opens today adding a higher level of focused energy to the underlying energies of structure and awakening. With the Sun at 25.5 Assimilation, we may begin to see a realignment in shared understanding and purpose as the harsh impact of the pandemic is experienced by more people around the country. It’s time to embrace all as we tackle this virus together (Earth 43.5 Progression).
If resources are dwindling, know that taking care of the homefront first before sharing with others is not only acceptable but warranted at this time so feel no guilt at saying no (Moon 41.3 Efficiency). Maintain self-discipline to stay the protected course (Mars 30.6 Enforcement) and have the self-awareness to self-correct wherever necessary (Mercury 20.3).
14 May 2020 ~ The Channels of Structuring and Awakening continue their underlying impact on maintaining our values and principles and we may experience a breakthrough (Earth 43.6) in understanding today. The Sun at Gate 23.6 Fusion suggests that a greater level of harmony is attainable now supported by the Moon at Gate 13.5 the savior likely indicating not an individual but a savior in the form of a collective, unified response.
And in truth, a unified response to the pandemic is the only realistic way forward (Mercury 20.5) and through a principled response and cooperation by all (Mars 55.1) we can achieve a better outcome than had we left it to a clueless and impeached president. Sensitivity (Neptune 22.5) to the needs of all is required now so that no one is left behind in the process.
15 May 2020 – The Channel of Awareness (Gates 61, 24) replaces all other active channels today suggesting perception is strong. Coupled with the Sun (8.1 Honesty), the Earth (14.1 Money isn’t everything), and the Moon (30.6 Enforcement) the issue with greed and a financial solution to the pandemic’s impact on the country becomes ever-more clear. If lives are not preserved then there will be no need for businesses at all because there will be no workers and no customers. But that’s a concept that escapes the impeached president so filled with delusion (Mercury 16.1) that he’s either unable to understand or doesn’t care about the impact of his actions.
As distrust continues (Mars 55.2) over the impeached president’s failed response in protecting the country, he continues to lash out at detractors and reporters who speak truth to his failed attempt at power. However, the North Node at Gate 15.2 Influence describes humility and right action as our path forward so we must stay the course until a positive outcome is achieved.
16 May 2020 – Uranus at Gate 24.1 The sin of omission, along with the Channel of Awakening, sets the tone for the day signaling that faith is required so that self-discipline is maintained to stay safe while the virus continues to spread throughout the country. It’s time to let go of perceptions that run counter to a positive outcome and embrace a more rational choice.
The Sun (8.2 Service) and the Earth (14.2 Management) suggest alignment in purpose regarding the wise distribution of resources instead of rewarding a chosen few to ensure future support. With the survival of the country threatened by not only the virus but the inept and sadistic federal response as well, our collective purpose (Moon 37.6) must be preserved and protected.
We must maintain our independence (Mercury 16.3) from federal authority and survive irrespective of their nefarious efforts to undermine a positive outcome. While the impeached president tells states to open back up, we’ll only do so if it can be done safely, requiring masks and gloves, while taking all additional precautions necessary to safely manage the flow of customers in and out of each business.
Remember that the Channel of Awakening is a design of a thinker, describing someone who thinks about what s/he is told and then decides if any of it makes sense. How does refusing to send PPE supplies to states, for example, make any sense? How does refusing to lock down the country early on to avoid spreading the virus make any sense? How does promoting a drug that alarms most doctors or suggesting other dangerous options make any sense?
Clearly, none of the actions put forth by the federal government have done anything to preserve trust or life, so going forward, we’ll all need to be the leader that the impeached president is incapable of being and follow a more realistic path to healing not only from the virus but from the damage this chaotic and delusional man has caused.
