Focus on meditative or trance work that considers healing and/or astral travel to gain awareness about current concerns. If considering how fate can be viewed or used, observing candle flame can be helpful when involved in trance work. Carve Perthro into a candle and then anoint it in a carrier oil of your choice and roll it in some crushed mugwort. Mugwort can also be burned in a cauldron to assist in achieving the trance state.
