From there, the 3rd Ray of active intelligence along with both the 4th Ray of harmony through conflict and 5th Ray of concrete knowledge and science are impacting the expression of truth today indicating that there will be plenty of will and power (1st) to manifest (7th) a collective understanding or agreement. The strength of the 2nd Ray of love and wisdom over the 6th Ray’s expression of devotion and idealism suggests that wisdom may contain any fundamentalism or expression of conspiracy thinking.
