A witch might want to carve the rune Sowilo onto a silver or white candle or candles if the working is progressive in nature to invoke healing mind, body, and Spirit. Workings can be performed for that purpose at Dawn or during the night. Burning myrrh in the cauldron with some mugwort is also favored, particularly if the witch prefers to work magick in the astral realm.

Polarity – Masculine (11), Feminine (12) – polarities are in relative balance today
Elemental Influence ~ Air and Earth elements are having the strongest impact today suggesting intellectual and material concerns are in focus. Water (emotions, empathy) is having less of an influence and Fire (will/creativity) is having no effect.
Energetic Sign Quality/Mode ~ Fixed sign qualities are strongest suggesting stability and routine are favored today.
Rays ~ The 4th Ray influence involves mediation, balance, as well as trial and error. It continues its strong impact today and with the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Rays (love/wisdom, active intelligence, and concrete knowledge/science) next in strength, with the 2nd and 5th Rays increasing slightly from last week, it suggests that we’re drawing information from a higher source with reasoned intelligence informing our interactions with others.
The 1st and 7th Rays are all having a lesser effect suggesting that manifesting what we want today may not depend upon self-assertion.
Finally, the 6th Ray of devotion and idealism signals the hold on ideology is remaining stable. That said, the stronger 2nd Ray effect should help keep any extreme 6th Ray expression in check.
