Favorable/Unfavorable for Magick ~ excellent – given that relationships have been strained over the last few years, Friday magicks are perfect to bring harmony and healing to any relationship. Mojo bags can be used to carry with you to improve harmony and compassion or to draw love to you. Candle magick can also be used to achieve the same. If creating a mojo bag, a piece of rose quartz can be included along with some apple seeds or a pinch of vervain. If a particular individual is the focus of the working, you can write down that person’s name on a small piece of paper and anything else you want from the experience and then roll it up in scroll fashion and put that in the bag as well. Sprinkle some sandalwood over whatever items you choose and then close up the bag or tie it off with a ribbon or string. Rune Divination ~ Uruz, Gebo, and Hagalaz provide the inspiration for today’s rune divination where manifesting balance is key. The second rune of the Elder Futhark, Uruz represents the energy behind manifestation. Call that an influence from Higher Self or Spirit, it’s at that level that Uruz begins its work. Gebo, as the rune of balanced energy exchange and quite literally the pivot point of the divination, expresses the light of Spirit (Kenaz) outward in all directions and represents the intention of the manifestation. From there, Hagalaz, as the witch rune, resets the table, so to speak, by reestablishing a new framework within which we manifest the new intention.
