See the energetic thought connections you’ve made with others and intend for them to dissolve. Draw back all energies left. Allow an energetic shield to form around you. Give it whatever form or color you choose but extend the shield outward several feet in all directions. Feel the shield pulse with your soul’s resonance and experience the feeling of safety and security it provides.
