Retrograde ~  Jupiter – inner reflection is warranted, centering on discovering inner truth; Neptune – discernment is a factor in this retrograde where you look within to determine truth from fiction and arrive at a more realistic understanding of the truths that surround you; Saturn – reassess boundaries and how your structure your life; Pluto – inner transformation is favored; Pallas – reassess your overall understanding of situations and observe patterns as they unfold; Chiron – reflect on inner woundings, apply their message, and then move on; Eris – time to explore and reevaluate your expression of feminine power to maximize your potential; Uranus – stations retrograde today and indicates a focus on esoteric studies and original thought.

Polarity – The polarities are in relative balance today with the Masculine (projective, active) polarity slightly stronger.

Elemental Influence ~ Elemental Air (intellect, reason, justice, interaction) and Water (emotions, compassion, empathy) are in balance with each other and are having the strongest impact today, with Earth (material concerns, physical presence) next in strength. Fire (will, creativity, motivation) is having some presence but less than the others.

Ray Influences – Overall, the 7th Ray’s impact on balancing higher self with ego suggests that awareness of the greater picture is increasing which may resonate with or impact self-expression and decisions. That said, although the 1st Ray of will and power is increasing, it may have an undesirable impact on harmony fostered by the 4th Ray as well as rational thinking supported by 5th Ray energies.

Today’s effect of the 1st Ray on will expression continues to impact how we assert ourselves to others suggesting that creativity, inspiration, and motivation are still somewhat less with pride a concern. The continued low impact of the 4th Ray suggests that cooperative efforts may still be challenging to achieve, and the decreased effect of the 5th Ray influence on scientific knowledge and what we fundamentally know to be true suggests that scientific knowledge may have less of an impact on the mindset and decisions of many who are still entrenched in the ego’s lower vibratory energy.

However, the 3rd Ray of active intelligence also remains at the same strength as last week with both clarity and adaptability to new ideas still very strong. Unfortunately for some individuals, that may manifest as oppositional defiance or pride.

Lastly, looking at the shared, albeit decreasing, strength of the 2nd (love/wisdom) and 6th (devotion/idealism) Rays, the 2nd Ray’s decreasing effect on the expression wisdom and love places it in balance with ideology expressed by the 6th Ray, signaling that the inner struggle between wisdom and ideology will likely continue.

  • 1st (will/power) – low/medium impact (increase) – creativity and inspiration are increasing in influence as are motivation and self-assertion
  • 2nd (love/wisdom) – medium/strong impact (decreasing) – the impact on extending unconditional love, compassion, and understanding has decreased today

  • 4th (harmony through conflict) – low impact – signals that cooperative efforts and understanding cause and effect are still challenging today
  • 5th (concrete knowledge and science) – low impact – suggests that the impact of scientific knowledge is having a decreased impact on our mindset and decisions with a narrow minded or prideful viewpoint likely
  • 6th (devotion/idealism) – medium/strong impact (decreasing) – The 6th Ray of devotion and idealism is typically kept in check by a strong 2nd Ray influence. Too much ideology or too much devotion affects our ability to view our experiences or beliefs in a realistic manner.
