Elemental Influence: Elemental Air (intellect, reason, justice, interaction) provides the strongest influence with Water (emotions, compassion, empathy) next in strength. Earth (material concerns, physical presence) and Fire (will, creativity, motivation) are having the least impact and are in relative balance with each other.

Ray Influences: The Rays continue at their same strength as yesterday as the effect of the 1st Ray of will and power remains moderately low with expressions of pride or arrogance a possibility today that may lead to the need to control others. The 2nd Ray’s lower strength indicates a decrease in love and wisdom bringing it in balance with the continued low impact of the 6th Ray’s effect on devotion to idealism or ideology.

The decreased strength of the 2nd Ray signals a lack of empathy toward others. The 6th Ray’s present strength (or lack thereof) suggests a lack of impulse control is present with the risk still there for fanaticism and manipulation from the agendas of others.

In response to the decreased impact of the 2nd Ray, as the 3rd Ray of active intelligence increases in strength, there is a concern that a self-driven agenda instead of an outcome that is based on harmony and the preservation of a shared values may be present.
