Polarity: The feminine (receptive) polarity is strongest today suggesting that compassion and empathy for others provide the strongest influence.
Elemental Influence: Water (emotions, compassion, empathy) and Earth (material concerns, physical presence) provide the strongest elemental influence today and are in relative balance with each other. Air (intellect, reason, justice, interaction) follows with less of an impact. Fire (will, creativity, motivation) is having no influence at this time.
Ray Influences: Take care that you express yourself in a manner that respects others, particularly given the decreasing impact of the 1st ray of will and power. In other words, avoid an arrogant or controlling approach. Although the 4th Ray of harmony through conflict is strong, the 2nd Ray influence of love and wisdom coupled with the 3rd Ray’s influence on expressions of intelligence are both lacking in strength and it may be more difficult to extend empathy and understanding toward others. That said, with the the strong impact of the 4th Ray, you persevere and problem-solving may be more readily achieved today especially now that the 5th Ray’s preference for knowledge is increasing. The 6th Ray is aligned in strength with the 2nd, so at least the expression of ideology may have less of an impact, although you may also experience a focus on the self, either from yourself or others today. Overall, the 7th Ray’s decreased impact on balancing higher self with ego indicates that understanding the overall picture may be challenging.

However, you may need to be careful how you come across, especially if others have difficulty understanding your objective.
