Inguz is suggesting that something unexpected or sudden may cross your path today, and you’re forced to choose how you perceive and react to that experience.
Perthro counsels you to understand the impact of cause and effect on your perceptions and choices. If ego controls your response, your overall understanding of the situation becomes limited; whereas, understanding the situation from a higher perspective allows you to understand the overall picture and the messages behind any synchronicities that occur.
Lastly, Ansuz, Odin’s rune, suggests that the experience itself is placed in your path by higher self awareness, giving you the opportunity to grow spiritually from the experience. Take together, all three runes portend spiritual awakening and the rejection of the ego’s influence on your perceptions and decisions.
Energetic Influences
Polarity: The feminine (receptive) polarity is strongest today suggesting that compassion and empathy for others provide the strongest influence.
Elemental Influence: Water (emotions, compassion, empathy) and Earth (material concerns, physical presence) provide the strongest elemental influence today. Fire (will, creativity, motivation) follows with Air (intellect, reason, justice, interaction) having the least influence.
Ray Influences: The effect of the seven cosmic Rays essentially impacts the soul/ego balance at any given moment. As the Rays move through the universe and ultimately reach each individual, they color (or influence) our perceptions and behavior. If we perceive our experiences from a soul perspective, then our overall perspective resonates from a higher vibration; whereas, if we react from the standpoint of ego, our resonance becomes lower and more reactive.
The 1st Ray influence on expressions of will and power suggests that self-confidence has decreased and you may be less motivated to pursue new experiences. The 2nd Ray influence of love and wisdom is also having a lesser impact and indifference to others could also be experienced. This is again reinforced by the strong presence of the 4th Ray energy of harmony through conflict suggesting that you may be inclined to assert your own views over those of others.
The continued lesser strength of the 3rd Ray of active intelligence indicates that the ability to process information intellectually is less with only an average reliance on scientific knowledge (5th Ray). And with the 6th Ray’s present impact on devotion and idealism, the acceptance of shared truth may be compromised or discounted in some manner today.
However, taken together, the 7th Ray’s decreased impact on balancing higher self with ego suggests that a shared understanding of the overall picture may be more challenging today and achieving overall understanding or insight is less possible.
