Rune Divination: Sowilo (ᛋ), Othala (ᛟ), and Raidho (ᚱ) comprise today’s rune divination suggesting that to achieve the best outcome your energy is best focused on collaboration with others. Othala, the rune of sacred space, shared tradition, and heritage, indicates that collaborative efforts are more likely to foster security and protection than will going it alone. Raidho, signifying integration and harmony with others, also reinforces the aspect of partnership in achieving your goals. Finally, Sowilo, an as above so below rune, invokes higher awareness to understand not only what is possible to achieve, but also the overall picture involved.
Visually, Kenaz (ᚲ), the torch or light of Spirit, is a component in each of today’s runes, suggesting that Higher Self awareness offers more clarity than the ego’s perception can provide. Turned inward (reversed), Kenaz awakens us to clarity and truth, while its traditional expression (forward) expresses that same clarity in our interactions or experiences with others.
Within Sowilo, we see Kenaz forward and reversed, suggesting that the light of Spirit is expressed both inward and outward. Othala follows with Kenaz throughout the entire rune, again, within Inguz (ᛜ) appearing on the upper half of the rune and Gebo (ᚷ) on the lower half. Inguz invokes the light of Spirit within to stimulate new ideas and bring clarity to our perceptions, while Gebo expresses that same clarity without into our experiences with others.
Essentially, with Othala, we achieve a fundamental balance of soul expression, breathing in higher awareness and then expressing it through our perceptions and behavior. Raidho incorporates that same Kenaz energy, again expressed inward and outward, suggesting that we move in an integrated manner based upon a higher level of shared awareness with others.
Energetic Influences
Polarity: The feminine (receptive) polarity is strongest today suggesting that compassion and empathy for others provide the strongest influence.
Elemental Influence: Water (emotions, compassion, empathy) provides the strongest elemental influence today, with Earth (material concerns, physical presence), Fire (will, creativity, motivation) influencing next. Air (intellect, reason, justice, interaction) follows with the least impact.
Ray Influences: The effect of the seven cosmic Rays essentially impacts the soul/ego balance at any given moment. As the Rays move through the universe and ultimately reach each individual, they color (or influence) our perceptions and behavior. If we perceive our experiences from a soul perspective, then our overall perspective resonates from a higher vibration; whereas, if we react from the standpoint of ego, our resonance becomes lower and more reactive.
The increasing influence of the 1st Ray on the expression of will and power suggests that self-confidence is increasing and you’re motivated to pursue new experiences. However, with the 2nd Ray influence of love and wisdom exerting a significantly lesser impact, indifference to others could also be experienced. This is again reinforced by the strong presence of the 4th Ray energy of harmony through conflict suggesting that you may be inclined to assert your own views over those of others.
The increasing strength of the 3rd Ray of active intelligence indicates that the ability to process information intellectually may be increasing, however reliance on scientific knowledge (5th Ray) may be less. And with the 6th Ray’s decreased impact on devotion and idealism, the acceptance of shared truth may be compromised or discounted in some manner today or that following a path based on deception is possible.
Finally, the 7th Ray’s increased impact on balancing higher self with ego suggests that a shared understanding of the overall picture may be less challenging today and achieving overall understanding or insight may be possible.

Focus on healthy foods and be sure to hydrate properly. If what you’re feeling is in response to external circumstances, it could be the result of the transitional nature of the partial lunar eclipse/Full Moon energy combined with the Moon shifting into the erratic influence of Gemini.
