If your emotions seem to be in flux, you could be more reactionary than necessary, so be careful how you respond to others, particularly if they lack maturity or an overall understanding. It may be that a lack of trust is driving an unwillingness to cooperate due to feeling undermined in some way. If so, be open to their concerns and make an attempt to enlist their support so that they feel valued and respected.

If others look to you for advice, be realistic in what you offer. A situation may be ending or finding its natural conclusion, and a single-minded focus may not provide the insights they need. Instead, encourage them to remain adaptable to unexpected circumstances without compromising their values or principles or devolving into egoic reactions.
