The Esoteric Forecast for 6-12 November 2022
Below are the Ray, Ascendant, and Node influences as well as strong planetary aspects over the coming week. Each daily chart is cast for 8:00 AM.
Cosmic Ray Influences
The effect of the seven cosmic Rays essentially impacts the soul/ego balance at any given moment. As the Rays move through the universe and ultimately reach each individual, they color (or influence) our perceptions and behavior. If we perceive our experiences from a soul perspective, then our overall perspective resonates from a higher vibration; whereas, if we react from the standpoint of ego, our resonance becomes lower and more reactive. The specific Rays, along with their average strength this week, are as follows:
- 1st Ray – will/power; average strength: 1
- 2nd Ray – love/wisdom; average strength: 8
- 3rd Ray – active intelligence; average strength: 1
- 4th Ray – harmony through conflict; average strength: 15
- 5th Ray – concrete science and knowledge; average strength: 1
- 6th Ray – devotion and idealism; average strength: 5
- 7th Ray – ceremonial order and magick; average strength: 2
Strongest Rays
Over the course of the week, the strongest Ray of influence continues to be the 4th Ray of harmony through conflict indicating that balance, problem-solving, and cooperation with others will be in focus, reinforced by the 2nd Ray of love and wisdom. The 6th Ray of devotion and idealism, although less of an impact than the 2nd and 4th Rays, will be influenced by both Rays to help others stay true to the collaborative process.
Weakest Rays.
The 1st Ray of expressions of will and power is severely reduced suggesting lower self-assertion this week. The 3rd Ray of active intelligence is also at the same strength as the 1st Ray, indicating the need to check for inaccuracies. The 5th Ray of concrete science, also in balance with the 1st and 3rd Rays, indicates that arrogance or narrow-mindedness could influence one’s thought processes. Lastly, the 7th Ray of ceremonial order suggests that organizational skills and superficiality may be present.
The Ascendant
Scorpio – A feminine sign that functions on the 4th Ray of harmony through conflict, a Scorpio individual is concerned with balanced expression. S/he is perceptive, focused, and independent, and at times possesses a strong will. A Scorpio individual can also be emotionally intense, secretive, and have health issues.
You may experience conflict or tension from others as you press ahead with implementing your ideas during this period. Understanding how support from others enables your happiness and the freedom to express yourself may prove beneficial.
Node Influences ~ N Node: Taurus; S Node: Scorpio
A transformative combination that describes strong emotions that can lead to expressions of victimhood, and the need for a focus on a spiritual perspective that views the behavior of others as a window into one’s own issues. The challenge involves forgiving the self for judging others. With this placement, you also know what you value or desire, however, how difficult that is to achieve depends upon the balance you strike.
Remain open to learning from your experiences and then be ready to apply them to future endeavors. It may be that you’re stuck in the planning phase of your process and it’s keeping you from implementing those ideas. You also have the ability during this time to reevaluate a situation that you may need to let go of so that you can move forward and focus your energies on creating new experiences that benefit others.
Planetary Aspects
The Sun (12th/Scorpio) ~ Although you’re often reserved, at times, you do enjoy a lively conversation. However, sometimes you are so focused on expressing your own opinions that you forget to listen to the perspectives of others. In addition, you rebel against others who try to control your unpredictable side which attracts individuals who are stimulated by your intuitive and creative side. Some inner reflection can help you better understand your intense need for intimacy.
The Moon (various signs and houses) ~ At the beginning of the week, your independent streak is at odds with your need for some downtime. You prefer freedom to conformity and may resist an authority figure’s attempt to curtail your independence. That said, you may experience some insecurity if you feel that others don’t support your ideas or if health concerns, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, arise. And although close relationships, particularly with women, provide emotional support, you still need to view your life from a larger perspective and cultivate daily rituals that increase your sense of grounding and balance.
Mercury (12th/Scorpio) ~ You seek to know the underlying truth of your experiences, but sometimes you have difficulty with your own perceptions, and interactions with others can be challenging. The issue may involve focusing too much on the needs of others at the expense of your own, or you could also be fixated on ideas or beliefs to the point that you struggle to express yourself to others. However, toward the end of the week, your imagination and inner creativity may enable you to better express yourself in a loving and supportive manner.
Venus (12th/Scorpio) ~ Although you need a strong commitment in your relationships with others, interactions with a close partner or friend may prove challenging unless you can strike a more realistic balance regarding your expectations. Otherwise, a difficult conversation could result, especially if finances are involved, and you may struggle with expressing yourself.
Mars (Retro, 8th/Gemini) ~ You are assertive and prefer independence within relationships, yet you want intimacy as well. However, you may express yourself so intensely that you oppress others in an effort to control the narrative, especially where practical or business-related issues are concerned. Realize that self-expression can be undermined by a lack of healthy choices, so you need to focus your energy on thoughts and behavior that elevate your Spirit. In doing so, you can inspire a collaborative experience with others.
Jupiter ~ (Retro, 4th/Pisces) With Jupiter still in sensitive Pisces, your emotions, self-assertion, and your imagination are increasing. However, now that Jupiter is in the 4th House, you’re also grounded by both your home life and your search for spiritual truth. However, you also would benefit from expanding your reliance on your instincts and intuition.
Saturn (3rd/Aquarius) ~ You are an original thinker and you make innovative contributions to group endeavors; however, you also experience insecurity regarding your abilities, especially around authority figures who don’t appreciate your unique approach. And it may also be that your need for support may be uncomfortable or unrealistic, and you’re unsure how to ask or receive that from others, leading you to seek support from someone who cannot give that to you.
Uranus ~ (Retro, 6th House/Taurus) Practical matters draw your attention this week and you may be focused on your home life. Or it could be that your health could change unexpectedly with an appointment with your herbalist, naturopath, or other health care provider possible. Although you offer support to others in a creative and unique way, you also need to do the same for yourself.
Neptune ~ (Retro, 4th/Pisces) – Although you have a strong imagination and visualization skills, you may also have unrealistic perceptions of your personal life that cause you to retreat into fantasy and unhealthy boundaries with others. Performing a meditation or journeying exercise that helps you remain grounded in the present moment may be helpful.
Pluto (2nd/Capricorn) ~ Your ability to analyze and understand underlying issues in your life open the door to healing old wounds. This is especially important if power struggles with a close partner occur this week surrounding finances. Because you’ve experienced financial instability throughout your life, reevaluating your values around money may be necessary.
Chiron ~ (Retro, 5th/4th/Aries) – Self-assertion tends to trigger a fear response, likely from childhood experiences that are still impacting your life. Difficulty within your family may have led to feelings of rejection, and as an adult, you’ve had to develop an inner strength when dealing with disappointment from others. Healing is possible, however, with daily rituals such as meditation or other forms of inner work.
