The Esoteric Forecast for 13-19 November 2022
Below are the Ray, Ascendant, and Node influences as well as strong planetary aspects over the coming week. Each daily chart is cast for 8:00 AM.
Cosmic Ray Influences
The effect of the seven cosmic Rays essentially impacts the soul/ego balance at any given moment. As the Rays move through the universe and ultimately reach each individual, they color (or influence) our perceptions and behavior. If we perceive our experiences from a soul perspective, then our overall perspective resonates from a higher vibration; whereas, if we react from the standpoint of ego, our resonance becomes lower and more reactive. The specific Rays, along with their average strength this week, are as follows:

- 2nd Ray – love/wisdom; average strength: 8
- 3rd Ray – active intelligence; average strength: 2
- 4th Ray – harmony through conflict; average strength: 14
- 5th Ray – concrete science and knowledge; average strength: 7

- 7th Ray – ceremonial order and magick; average strength: 1
Strongest Rays
the strongest Ray influence this week is the 4th (harmony through conflict) followed by the 6th (devotion/idealism). The 2nd Ray (love/wisdom) is next followed by the 5th Ray (concrete knowledge) with all shaping the 4th Ray of harmony through conflict suggesting that collaboration with others is reinforced by the devotion to that collaboration supported by love, wisdom, and knowledge or expertise.
Weakest Rays
The 1st Ray of expressions of will and power continues to be severely reduced suggesting lower self-assertion this week, while the 3rd Ray of active intelligence, also at the same strength as the 1st Ray, indicates the need to check for inaccuracies. Lastly, the 7th Ray of ceremonial order suggests that organizational skills and superficiality may be present.
The Ascendant
Sagittarius – A masculine sign that functions on both the 4th Ray (harmony through conflict) and the 6th Ray (devotion/idealism), Sagittarius individuals are concerned with seeking their own direction or purpose in life. They are open-minded and take initiative, and they can be adventurous or impulsive. They may travel and provide inspiration to others in their lives.
You value interactions where you can share your knowledge, and your intuition, charm, and genuine warmth attract others. Over the week, reflect on your incredible life and how all the support you receive from others enables your happiness and freedom to express yourself.
Node Influences ~ N Node: Taurus; S Node: Scorpio
A transformative combination that describes strong emotions that can lead to expressions of victimhood, and the need for a focus on a spiritual perspective that views the behavior of others as a window into one’s own issues. The challenge involves forgiving the self for judging others. With this placement, you also know what you value or desire, however, how difficult that is to achieve depends upon the balance you strike.
Continue to remain open to learning from your experiences and apply them to future endeavors. It may be that you’re still stuck in the planning phase which is impacting the implementation of your ideas. During this week, reevaluate a situation that you clearly need to let go of so that you can move forward and focus your energies on creating new experiences that benefit yourself and others.
Planetary Aspects
The Sun (12th/Scorpio) ~ You need both honesty and trust in your relationships with others and some inner reflection over this week may help you understand those needs. Others are attracted to your intuitive and creative nature, but sometimes your focus is scattered potentially compromising both your motivation and your collaboration efforts. You also recognize patterns that help others achieve a better overall understanding, which, in turn, helps you achieve your goals. Toward the end of the week, it’s clear that this is a happy and positive time when you feel optimistic about the future.
The Moon (various signs and houses) ~ At the beginning of the week, you discover that pursuing metaphysical ideas nurtures your spiritual side. And you’re focused on how synchronicity plays a role in your relationships with others. Past experiences that were difficult enable you to share relevant insights with others at the beginning of the week who may seek support and/or healing, and they appreciate your genuine warmth and creativity. Mid-week, however, your balance may be off and you may need to trust your intuition to guide your choices. You may become hypercritical and become unrealistic in your expectations of close partners. At the end of the week, you enjoy harmonious and supportive relationships with the women in your life, especially on the career front.
Mercury (12th/Scorpio, 12th/Sagittarius 11/17) ~ While you continue to search for the underlying truth of your experiences at the beginning of the week, you need to prioritize your ideas and plans instead of viewing them all at once. As you engage with others in a loving and supportive manner, you also need to convey an overall understanding so that you’re clear. You typically enjoy sharing knowledge that is spiritual in nature, however, when Mercury enters Sagittarius mid-week, you may be less likely to share your views amidst a larger crowd of people.
Venus (12th/Scorpio, 12th/Sagittarius 11/16) ~ You value the adventures you share with your partner, and your natural enthusiasm draws new friends into your orbit. You have a strong commitment to family and friends in your life and your home is a place of peace and harmony where your artistic ability truly shines.
Mars (Retro, 7th/Gemini) ~ Your creativity and self-expression this week could be undermined by a lack of healthy choices. You desire intimacy with others, yet you tend to express yourself in an overbearing manner that doesn’t respect their opinions. It’s difficult to focus or keep your reactions in check if your diet has been less than balanced or you’re not effectively managing stress, and you may be forced to make some changes in that regard.
Jupiter ~ (Retro, 4th/Pisces) You will benefit from expanding your reliance on your instincts and intuition this week, especially if challenges arise on the home front. Rising above the situation may be in order as will be taking a spiritual approach to solutions. If you do, then you should experience a better balance with others.
Saturn (3rd/Aquarius) ~ You may feel uncomfortable by your need for support and you may have difficulty reaching out to others. When this involves a work situation, you could experience insecurity around authority figures who you may feel judge you in an unrealistic manner. Remember that not everyone aligns with your unique perspective or innovative solutions, so give them time to let what you offer gel before following up.
Uranus ~ (Retro, 6th House/Taurus)
Your attention continues on practical matters this week with your home life as your primary focus. And you’re also coping with unexpected health changes that have upset your balance. Reach out to others who can offer a new perspective.
Neptune ~ (Retro, 4th/Pisces, 3rd/Pisces 11/17) – You may retreat into either fantasy or unhealthy boundaries with others as a result of unrealistic perceptions. So, it’s important to stay as grounded and present as possible, especially if others come to you for support. On Thursday, when retrograding Neptune enters the 3rd house of communication, interactions with others take a spiritual focus and there may be moments where you feel your thoughts are scattered.
Pluto (2nd/Capricorn) ~ If power struggles with a close partner continue this week surrounding finances, they may stem from past wounds that need re-evaluating. Continue to analyze how financial instability in your life relates to how you value money and be open to seeking counseling if necessary.
Chiron ~ (Retro, 4th/Aries) ~ Difficulty with your family in childhood may have led to feelings of rejection, which as you’ve gotten older tends to trigger a fear response. Over time, you’ve had to develop an inner strength when dealing with disappointment from others which hasn’t been easy. But you’re also ready to put those difficulties into a better perspective so you can move on with more confidence in your life.
