Expressing empathy and support to someone in need may help you shift your perception to a higher level of consciousness today, especially if your thinking has been a bit scattered, or if you’ve been overbearing to others. It could be that you’re not effectively managing your stress or that you’re making some unhealthy choices and it’s impacting your interactions with others. Offering support and compassion to someone else may be just what you need to regain your balance.
Regardless of the source, you’ve gotten off track and self-discipline may be necessary to avoid acting in a manner that reflects ego instead of humility. There will always be moments when you feel limited by circumstances, but at some point, you have to see past those challenges and not undermine your relationships with others.
