General Information: The bulb itself is medicinal and contains essential oil and is mucilaginous. It’s diaphoretic and expectorant, diuretic and antiseptic. It’s also a stimulant and it stimulates digestion, heals wounds, and reduces swelling.
Preparation: Include in teas and poultices, preparations using apple cider or honey
