General Information: With its light scent of lemon along with a lovely flavor, lemon balm is calming and soothing to our nerves as well as for respiratory and digestive issues. Lemon balm blends well with the mints as well as with chamomile and is one of my favorite herbs.
Lemon Balm constituents include tannins and volatile oil which help with respiratory ailments and digestive complaints. And with its nervine properties, lemon balm alleviates headaches and nervous tension.
Preparation: infusion, oil, liniment, salve
