The Week Ahead: 7-13 May 2023

The Sun’s influence impacts an individual’s identity, vitality, and ego expression. Over the week, you may find little support for your ideas and, as a result, you prefer to work alone. If this involves finances, you should avoid making decisions in an impulsive manner. From mid-week on, your energy wanes and you may benefit from a walk in nature to regain your balance. Self-assertion may also be challenging, especially if those around you feel that you’re pushing your ideas, no matter how innovative, on them without hearing their ideas as well.
Enjoy exchanging ideas with others on Sunday, 7 May 2023, as well as the reciprocity that experience brings. If you convey to others that their ideas are as important as what you have to contribute, a more balanced and supportive relationship can result.

Patience will be important this week so that you don’t overreact or get in the way of your own progress. You need to choose the best person on Thursday, 11 May 2023 to help you ward off an unnecessary problem. You may be unable to see the overall picture and having someone who can do so will help protect what you’ve achieved thus far.
Venus

Venus, the planet of attraction, happiness, harmony, and beauty, reflects the feminine aspect within and how an individual loves and expresses intimacy as well as self-worth. Over the week, someone close to you may need support; however, you may not know where to draw the line between enabling and helping. This is also a period where your life may be taking a new direction that either focuses on finances or a new relationship that’s beginning. However, toward the end of the week, an unexpected situation may arise between you and a partner that may create discomfort or challenges.
If a situation isn’t progressing enough on Friday, 12 May 2023, it may be best to pause and regroup, especially if people aren’t on the same page or there’s someone who seems to be undermining others. Keep a positive and open mind and be clear in your expectations.
Saturn
