Reading Notes:

Significator Runes: Isa (Norn rune of the present moment awareness, alignment, stillness within, will contraction, focus) and Carcer (self-imprisonment, self-restriction, fate, isolation, outmoded ideas)

Cards: 5 of Wands, 10 of Wands, 3 of Pentacles

Overall Numerology: 5 + 10 + 3 = 18 = 9 (endings, completion, spirituality, generosity) Note: I meant to mention this in the video but I got into a flow and didn’t come back to it, but I didn’t add in Isa’s 11 numerology (from its placement in the Elder Futhark) because if there’s a Master number visible (11, 22, 33) I leave that on its own due to its higher energy. Today’s day is the 11th of September, so you should note the synchronicity there Isa and the Master 11 influence of awakening and enlightenment.

Beginning with today’s significator runes, Isa is suggesting that we align in a present moment awareness that reflects higher awareness instead of becoming stuck in the lower vibrational ego. Carcer implies becoming stuck in perception that leaves us in the bubble in which we choose to live. Carcer suggests self-imprisonment whereas Isa asks us to align in higher awareness. And the synchronicity of the Master number 11 with both the day and Isa, is reinforcing the idea of awakening to truth, even if it means leaving our so-called bubble of perception.

Moving on to the cards, note the run on Wands with two cards from that suit. Beginning with the 5 of Wands, we see five young men, each holding a staff. Although it looks like a fight has broken out, since no one is hitting anyone else, I see the 5 of Wands as a lot of will that’s being expressed without anyone else really listening. So there may be willful expression, but little else. 5 suggests change so this may be something new happening when in the past, a more collaborative effort might have happened. Lots of ideas, but no real discussion is taking place. So each one may be living their own Carcer experience here and restricting themselves to their own perspective.

Next, the 10 of Wands shows a numerological pattern with the 5 of Wands, with a 5 and a 10 which is double the five. So after all of the spirited expression has occurred, now the man in the 10 of Wands has clearly made his own choices and he’s bringing home the opportunities he’s developed. Another interpretation could suggest that he’s carrying a heavy burden by carrying 10 staffs. But if you look closely, he’s not looking where he’s going because he knows the path home and he trusts the process. So, we could say that with the numerology of one and the idea of new beginnings, we can describe this as he’s pursued the opportunities that might have been presented in the 5 of Wands and now he’s bringing home the results of the decisions he’s made.

Lastly, we come to the 3 of Pentacles where we see a man, possibly a stone mason, working on a project in town. Two people come by to admire his work. We see integration with the three numerology between what he’s doing and how it might bring in more work as others begin to see that he’s skilled and competent. He’s out there in the world and in a sense communicating or advertising what he can do or what services he can provide.

At this point, I decided to rearrange the cards in the order of the 5 of Wands, 3 of Pentacles, and 10 of Wands and read it from that perspective.

So, we start out then with a spirited interaction in the 5 of Wands where new opportunities etc. are being “discussed”. You might have taken something from that interaction that leads you to focus on a particular direction (3 of Pentacles). In the process, others begin to notice your work, and then perhaps hire you. And then, in the 10 of Wands, you take home to show your family the new jobs or opportunities that are coming your way to prove that your choices are working out well and you’re creating more material security for yourself and your family.

SUMMATION

I think it’s clear that from a discussion where ideas and opportunities were expressed, you may have become inspired from that conversation where you then are able to turn that into something potentially lucrative where others begin to notice what you’re doing and hire you. From there, you bring home the results of that to your family to show how it can bring financial security. So, if this resonates for you in some way, it’s suggesting that you might step outside your comfort zone and apply a new way of seeing things to make something positive happen in your life, whether this involves a new business you’re thinking of starting, or new ideas you can take to the boss if you’re working for someone else.
