However, as the week progresses, you’re feeling restless, and your need for adventure may be unrealistic and prevent you from achieving your objectives. At the end of the week, financial difficulties could increase due to impulsive decisions on your part.

At the beginning of the week, you have an emotional need for stability with the women in your life. You may feel they don’t understand your innermost feelings and it makes interactions uncomfortable and increases your feelings of insecurity.
On the work front, your leadership style is powerful and direct and you understand the motivations of others; however, you’re tense and irritable during this period and you need to find a physical outlet to expend that energy in a positive and healthy manner. If mood swings increase, a grounding or centering ritual may be helpful. Or, a meditation can help you know if you’re on the right track or if it’s time to make a different choice. In any event, you may retreat to home or another sacred space to regain your balance or discover the energetic undercurrents in play. At the end of the week, interactions with others flow more smoothly.

For there to be harmony between you and others today, you may need to let go of attitudes and behaviors that impact those relationships. How you express yourself is key as are the boundaries you set (and respect) with others. Work a spell that incorporates today’s Elder Futhark rune, Hagalaz, and use that influence to help you reestablish boundaries with others. Using a white or silver candle, carve Hagalaz ᚺ in its center. Anoint the candle in a carrier oil of your choice, and then roll the candle in fennel seed to increase strength or mugwort for inner power. Light the candle and achieve a trance state with the intention of achieving a greater understanding of the situation. Chant Hagalaz to promote inner transformation and to reestablish boundaries with others.

Your ego may be at odds with higher awareness with irritability the result. Your instincts, however, are strong, if only you would listen to them.

A pragmatic approach may help you overcome any self-imposed restrictions today. Timing may also play a role in how you express yourself to others. Either way, you need to let go of attitudes that are impacting your goals. Using a small cauldron, light a piece of ritual charcoal and when it’s ready, take a small piece of parchment paper (2×2 inch square) and write down the main issue you’re experiencing. Over the top of that, draw today’s rune Nauthiz ᚾ, and then roll up the paper into a scroll. Hold it in your hand and focus your intention on manifesting your goals. Chant Nauthiz or incorporate it into an invocation. Drop the scroll onto the burning coal to invoke your will followed by a pinch of basil for self-empowerment. When the scroll is finished burning, and the ritual charcoal is fully out, pour the remaining residue into a small hole in the ground, preferably at a crossroad of some kind, and cover it up. I typically use an area where one yard on my property is separated from another as a crossroad. Note: You may want to perform this working outside due to burning the scroll.
Mercury

Mercury influences an individual’s communication style, thought processes, and how one negotiates or transacts with others. At the beginning of the week, you tend to overreact to challenges and become fixated on your own beliefs at the expense of others. This may reflect a difficulty integrating higher awareness with ego. That said, your creativity flows well and your instincts are strong during this time. However, you also tend to focus on the needs of others at the expense of your own. At the end of the week, consider if you’re forcing your opinions on others without giving their opinions due respect.

Embracing higher awareness opens you to a level of clarity and eloquence that will serve you well when sharing your wisdom with others. Nevertheless, there is real growth to be had within your existing partnerships but you’ll need to avoid overreacting to unexpected viewpoints or situations that you find challenging.

Taking some time for yourself can lead to greater awareness, particularly if interactions with others have been challenging. It may be that you’ve viewed a partner from a superficial or unrealistic perspective and, with some clarity, you may realize this was in error. Now it’s time to come back together and reestablish the bonds you share. Create and carry with you a mojo bag that helps you increase personal growth. Include today’s rune Fehu ᚠ either inside the bag or drawn on the outside to cast the intention for increased awareness and personal growth. Add some borage flower for courage and a pinch of meadowsweet flower or leaf to increase harmony with others. A pinch of agrimony can also be added to reverse negativity. Add anything else that resonates, and when you’re done, pass it through the smoke from copal or frankincense resin.

It may be that there are others who are influencing you and it would be wise to avoid any impulsivity, otherwise you may cause unnecessary concerns.
