Inguz and Fortuna Major are today’s significator runes suggesting something can manifest today that may well be successful. Inguz describes the sudden release of energy while Fortuna Major involves a positive or successful outcome.

Today’s numerology also reinforces the runes given that Inguz is the 22nd rune from the Elder Futhark, and 22 is the Master Number for the Cosmic Builder, and the one numerology of the cards which describes new beginnings. But let’s look at the cards to see what they have to add.

The 9 of Cups suggests happiness and emotional satisfaction or fulfillment. 9 reflects endings or completion, so it would seem that it also suggests that the new path or opportunity you pursue may not only bring you material success but may also bring you emotional satisfaction as well.

SUMMATION

You may embark on a new path today that could provide both material success and emotional satisfaction as well. Too often it seems like it’s one or the other. Either you’re happy with what you’re doing but it’s not particularly lucrative, or you’re doing something that you don’t particularly like but you need the money so you decide you’ll do it until you find something else. But in the case of today’s reading, it may be that you can achieve both.
