If you’re empathic, you know that you absorb the emotional energy of others and this may be a day when you need to retreat and perform a cleansing ritual or meditation to dissolve any energetic channels that may have formed between you and others during the holidays. Even if you don’t identify as empathic, it doesn’t mean that you wouldn’t benefit from a similar ritual. Energy attaches to all people to one degree or another and visualizing those channels dissolving during a meditative state can be most helpful in rebalancing your emotions. Use some lavender or clary sage essential oil in a simmer pot or diffuser during your meditation to help you achieve calm and clarity.
