Wunjo and Puella are the significators for today’s reading with Wunjo as the as above influence and Puella as the so below influence. Together they indicate a positive experience that is based on happiness and joy. The overall numerology of the reading is eight, or leadership and strength indicating that it may take some leadership or inner strength on your part to manifest that happiness and joy.
Today’s cards included the 8 of Swords, the Queen of Wands, and the 10 of Cups. Overall, they appear to suggest a process where you let go of the influences both within and around you and reflect on whatever decision needs to be made. Perhaps you’re trying to create something different for yourself; however, it seems like the influences around you and possibly your own perceptions may be holding you back, and you need to let everything go so that you can achieve the happiness, emotional security, and success that you’re looking for.
The 8 of Swords shows a woman in a red dress (Fire element) who is bound and blindfolded while eight swords (Air element) pierce the wet sand around her. One foot is in the water (Water element) while one is on the sand (Earth element). By binding herself in this way, she’s turning off the influence of others and herself, while her red dress suggests accessing the inner will to manifest something new.
The Queen of Wands may indicate either the woman in the red dress who is now exercising her inner authority to manifest a new opportunity, or it could indicate a mentor with more experience that helps her become successful.
Lastly, the 10 of Cups seems to indicate the woman has been successful as we see her standing with her partner and children, raising their hands in greeting the happiness they will have in their new home. Ten cups are embedded in the rainbow above suggesting the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and new beginnings based on happiness and emotional security.
SUMMATION
So that you are happy and successful, you may need to let go of perceptions that may be holding you back. If others are trying to influence you, it may be necessary to turn your back on that influence and go within to allow your higher self to inform your new direction. And with that wisdom or the additional mentoring you might seek from a woman with more experience, you’re now able to achieve the emotional security and happiness you’re looking for. It’s going to take some leadership and strength on your part, but if you release what is no longer relevant, you can move forward and be successful.
