You’re plagued by insecurities that prevent you from acknowledging your success, and you can’t seem to let of the fear that you’ll never be successful again. You tend to micromanage both yourself and others and expect a level of perfection that is not only unrealistic but practically guarantees failure. So you have to ask yourself, are you setting yourself up for that? Or can you allow yourself to be happy about what you’ve accomplished?
