• Significator runes: Hagalaz (9th rune, Norn rune of the past, transformation within boundaries, hail, the witch rune, protection, luck, trance work) and Populus (follower, crowd)
• Cards: 7 of Pentacles, Queen of Pentacles, 8 of Pentacles
• Patterns: A run on Pentacles suggesting issues involving home or work or something else that’s foundational. Plus, Hagalaz appeared in Monday’s reading along with Via, the complement of Populus, so there’s a synchronicity there.
• Overall numerology: 9+7+8=24; 2+4=6 (guidance, assistance, empathy, shared purpose, love, liability) Note: same numerology as Monday’s reading.

SUMMATION

With the run on Pentacles for the Tarot portion of the reading, it’s clear that today’s reading centers on your physical life: your home, work, education, or some other foundational issue. Hagalaz, the 9th rune from the Elder Futhark appeared in Monday’s reading as well and suggests transformation of some kind, possibly involving your perceptions. And, interestingly enough, Monday’s geomancy rune, Via, is the complement of today’s geomancy rune, Populus, so whereas Via indicated a new independent path or direction, Populus may be suggesting a collaboration of some kind. Or it could be that Hagalaz is asking you to transform your receptive side to one that is more initiating.

Today’s cards included the 7, Queen, and 8 of Pentacles. The 7 of Pentacles describes taking stock of what you have and what else needs to be done. The Queen of Pentacles, on the other hand, could be reminding you to stay present in the moment and not let stress get the better of you. And then the 8 of Pentacles describes doing your due diligence and taking responsibility for his career and, in turn, his life.

So, today’s reading may be suggesting that a situation either on the work or home front needs addressing and you need to take stock of what you have to deal with it. Or, it could be suggesting that you need a better understanding of the problem or situation. From there, reflecting on your approach/plan and keeping your wits about you, you move forward to take care of the situation. In other words, after understanding what needs to happen, you now see it from a more realistic perspective, and you get to work dealing with it.
