SUMMATION

NOTE: at one point during the reading, I mistakenly referred to Inguz as Uruz, but then right after that I correctly called it Inguz. Apologies for any confusion I may have caused.

Beginning with the runes, we have Inguz and Fortuna Major. Together they suggest that you may manifest something today that will be successful. The overall numerology for the reading is a split one with the Master 22 numerology from Uruz suggesting the energy to manifest can have a profound impact on your life. From there, the overall numerology of the cards is eight, or strength, material recognition/approval, or leadership. Given that Uruz and Fortuna Major can involve an inner focus, we may see that in the cards as well.

Today’s cards were the 10 of Swords, the 5 of Cups, and the 2 of Swords. Together they suggest that you’ve gone as far as you can go with your current mindset or beliefs, and, although the transition away from what you’ve believed was true may be emotional even to the point of feeling disappointment or loss, it’s now time to make a more analytical decision about where you go from here. Given that two cards from the Suit of Swords are in the reading, the Air element is involved, indicating a strong influence of intellect, reason, balance, truth/deception, and justice. The interesting part of the cards is the flow from realization to feeling emotional, to finally setting aside your emotions to make a decision based on facts.

The transition indicated by the cards aligns well with letting go of perceptions or beliefs that are no longer relevant and successfully manifesting a new set of beliefs in your life. Perhaps you’ve aligned yourself with a group at one point and now you realize that you don’t really believe what they do anymore. Although the transition away from the group may be emotional and difficult to do, you realize that for you to move forward on a path that feels more comfortable, in other words, more aligned with your true beliefs, changes are necessary, no matter how difficult that process might be. And Fortuna Major is suggesting that you’ll be successful when making that transition.
