SUMMATION
An interesting synchronicity is present between today’s Master 22 numerology invoking the Cosmic Builder or profound change, Hagalaz (transformation within boundaries), Cauda Draconis (transforming old perceptions), and The Tower (positive transformation). Hagalaz, the 9th rune from the Elder Futhark involves transformation within established boundaries, so we may be shifting our perceptions today in a positive direction. Cauda Draconis implies the influence of the past on the present moment, so it too reinforces the idea of transforming past perceptions.
Moving on to the cards, I talked about The Tower before the other two cards given its relationship to the impact of Hagalaz and today’s Master 22 numerology. Although The Tower is the sixteenth card from the Major Arcana, it has a seven numerology, which also happens to be the overall numerology for the reading which suggests observation and balance. This implies a rebalancing or a shake-up of perception today and one that could be quite profound.
The remaining two cards in the reading are from the suit of Pentacles, so this tells us that the reading involves at minimum our material security, but it may also involve our foundation and legacy. The 8 of Pentacles shows a man working on his trade in a manner that displays his worth to others. Eight involves leadership, harmony, and material recognition and when we move to the 10 of Pentacles, it represents the transfer of legacy and wealth that began with the 8. The overall numerology of the two cards is 9 (10+8=18; 1+8=9) indicating endings and completion. The number 10 itself shares a similar energy with the 23rd rune from the Elder Futhark, Dagaz ᛞ, which describes the end of one phase and the beginning of another. So the cards could be describing a passage from one set of perceptions to something new, and with today’s Master 22 numerology, this passage could involve a rebalancing that awakens us to a new fundamental truth in our lives.
Bringing all aspects of the reading together, we have a profound energetic alignment between today’s Master 22 Cosmic Builder numerology and the reading itself where a transformation of perception results in a profound awakening. Given the emphasis on material security from two cards from the suit of Pentacles, the transformation may impact the structure of our lives, both personal and collective. So pay attention to any shift in perception today and going forward, and notice if you begin to think differently about how you see your life and your experiences or if you awaken to a new truth.
