SUMMATION
Wunjo and Via open today’s reading with the idea of a new, joyful path opening filled with harmony and fellowship. Wunjo, the 8th rune from the Elder Futhark, describes joy, our wishes fulfilled, harmony, success, and fellowship with others, while Via indicates a new path that we intentionally take. With today’s cards, the overall numerology is five or change, so this may be a change for some who are reflecting on the reading’s impact, or it could indicate a change in direction for everyone.
Two cards from the Major Arcana, Death and The Magician, provide the soul influence for today’s reading suggesting both transformation and manifestation respectively. Death describes transition or transformation with the Sun in the distance suggesting a new path that forms as a result. The Magician describes manifestation from Higher awareness or Spirit. Both refer to the new path referred to by Via and how we manifest in joy and harmony with others (Wunjo).
Lastly, the 10 of Pentacles depicts an older man transferring his legacy onto his children which he does with joy and compassion as it asks us all to consider what legacy we will pass on to others.
Today’s reading tells us that we have a chance to move in a different direction and live in joy and harmony with others. Whether you consider the reading reflects the choice between two paths or two timelines, on this last day of September, each one of us has the opportunity to think about what we want from our experiences. Will we move forward in unity and love, in diversity and acceptance, with others? Or, will we succumb to negativity, hate, division, cruelty, and self-destruction? And yes, the decision is that significant, that stark. Wunjo and Via establish the path as positive and loving where peace and fundamental unity is preferred. And the overall numerology of five suggests significant and transformative change is upon us!
