A semisquare with Saturn creates a need for patience for the next couple of days. Stay calm and refuse to take the bait should it be offered. In trine with Chiron, this is an emotionally sensitive time where sharing healing experiences with others are favored. Vesta, Juno, and Ceres bring our focus to mundane activities and expressions of nurturing. In square with Vesta, mundane matters tap us on the shoulder, however, with Sagittarius influencing, we may not feel inclined to pay attention. Strike a balance between adventure and tidying up. In opposition with Juno, we find that we may need to strike another balance, this time with respect to nurturing of self and others. We’re reminded to balance our need for nurturing with offering the same to others, reinforced as well with the Moon conjunct Ceres.

Magickal Workings

If considering the quality of the days, it’s suggested that the 29th and 30th are very bad for magick. But with adventurous Sagittarius energy influencing we may throw caution to the wind and work something anyway. The first day of this period falls on Tuesday, with the influence of Mars active. With the Moon still waning, magickal workings might include a focus on diffusing conflict, however, Wednesday’s Mansion (Nahaym) may be more favorable for such a working. Tuesday’s (Exaula) invokes conflict of sorts, so unless the witch accounts for that influence, it may be better to wait until Wednesday to invoke Mercury’s influence on positive communication. Either way, keep it simple but cover all the bases. Or wait until a better day.

So, it would seem that we’re to balance our need for adventure and independence with our relationships with others. Ideally, if we could combine the two, the next lunar period may be exactly what we need. It’s been a tough couple of months for many, so allow others to take care of you as much as you take care of them.
