Pisces Moon Magick ~ 28 Apr – 1 May 2019

The garden has been calling so I’ve been remiss again and was too exhausted to write up the last lunar ingress, at least I think it was only one. But tomorrow, the Moon travels again into compassionate and intuitive Pisces and the 6th House of health and employment at 3:12 PM PDT on 28 April 2019. Emotions may be at the surface or in flux over the next lunar period. Pay attention to any health issues (physical, emotional, or spiritual) that may arise, however, try not to obsess. The chart is below:

• Mode ~ Although initiating Cardinal energies dominate, with the Piscean influence, Mutable, or unstable energies come into play.
• Element ~ all are in relative balance.
• Ray ~ the 7th Ray of Ceremonial Order and Magick suggesting Spirit manifesting form.
• Sign ~ chatty Gemini provides the strongest influence
• House ~ 8th House – support from others is important during this time along with transformation, rebirth, and discipleship.
• Quadrants ~ 3rd Quadrant – objectivity in relationships is preferred.
• Retrograde ~ Ceres at 14° Sag affecting nurturing self and others; Jupiter on 4/10 at 24° Sag fostering an inward focus; Pluto at 23° Cap reinforcing Jupiters inward, reflective focus.
• Lunar Phase ~ 3rd Quarter. New Moon May 4, 2019, at 14° Taurus

Aspects

A medium semisquare (Orb 1° 30′ applying) with Mercury suggests that we should probably think before we speak lest we risk any unnecessary misunderstandings with others. A trine with Juno (Orb 3° 59′ applying) recognizes our need for nurturing both self and others, and that semisquare with Mercury may have an impact, so again, pause before responding. Lilith makes an appearance as well in a conjunction (Orb 2° 2′ separating) suggesting an amplification or strengthening of emotions. Time will tell is she takes us in a positive or negative direction, particularly with Mercury’s semisquare.

Magickal Workings

From Witch Notes, we know that the 28th, 29th, and 30th are unfavorable for magickal workings, but given Lilith’s strengthening influence, why not express yourself? Take a little magickal adventure with the Goddess (aka trancework) and explore your inner world. Pluto’s retrograde influence should also be helpful as will be 7th Ray influences.

It sounds like spending some time in introspection may be just what the witch ordered. The winds are high today, ready to blow away all that no longer serves leaving me both restless and solitary. Must be Lilith tapping me on the shoulder asking, are you sure you don’t want to play? Or Mercury expressing his own questionable influence. However, I feel an inward pull toward some trancework, so Lilith can meet me there.
